Spaghetti with Lemon and “Il Cremoso Erba Cipollina”

The ingredients

300 g of spaghetti
1 untreated lemon
1 spring onion
135 g of “Il Cremoso Erba Cipollina”
Oil, salt and pepper as needed.

Cook the spaghetti.
Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, put the chopped spring onion to brown in oil. Add some of the cooking water, squeeze the lemon into the pan, and add half of the grated lemon peel.

Drain spaghetti at ¾ cooked, add to risotto in the pan. Add a little cooking water if needed. Add the rest of the grated peel. It thus completes the cooking process. Turn off the flame, add Il Cremoso. Stem it with a little cooking water if needed. Whisk the pasta. Et voila!
