135 g of creamy chive sauce
Oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut zucchini lengthwise, creating slices 3mm thick maximum. Cook them on a grill or steak pan. Once cooked, season them with oil, salt, and pepper and sprinkle them with the Chive Creamy. Make rolls by wrapping the zucchini slices around themselves. Hold them in place with a toothpick. Et voila!
